Tundra Hotels selects an operator according to the previously defined concept, location and building characteristics.

This service is normally rendered when encountering a Hotel Management change or the Owner has a determined objective, such as:
When financial results are not those which Owners agreed and/or expected, the Hotel Ownership may want to get back on track and temporally contracts Tundra to optimize the result through a temporal management strategy.
Another reason could be the quality of the hotel, either because the product doesn’t meet Owner’s expectation, or because conservation of hotel hasn’t been according to planned.
